CBS Solution (Pvt) Ltd provides digital products and cloud-based software services. As such, no physical items are shipped.

 

1. Service Delivery Method

All services, including CBS ERP software access, are delivered electronically through:

  • Secure cloud login credentials
  • Email communication
  • Online activation and setup

2. Delivery Timeframe

Account setup and access details are usually provided within 24–72 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

In cases of custom development, configuration, or enterprise plans, delivery timelines will be communicated separately based on project scope.

3. Access Information

  • Once delivery is completed, customers will receive:
  • Login credentials
  • System access instructions
  • Basic usage guidance (if applicable)
  • Customers are responsible for keeping their login details secure.

4. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Payment verification issues
  • Technical or system maintenance
  • Any such delays will be communicated promptly.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since CBS ERP is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, there are no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or courier services involved.

6. Support After Delivery

  • After delivery, customers can request:
  • Technical support
  • Training assistance
  • System customization (subject to additional charges)
